FAQ Q118: How do I know when a new reservation is made?

By default, an email will be sent to you. However, in settings / notification settings you can change this default behavior and have also an SMS sent to you in case you don't check your email regularly. Please note that to use sms you will need to purchase a pack of 100 in the 'My Account' tab. 5 free SMSs are added to each account for testing purposes.

Note that you can also setup a notification callback url that will be called when a new reservation is made. Please see this FAQ question for more info.
