Description
The tags that you can use in this template include:$(site_name) - name of the Planyo site, $(site_id) - ID of the Planyo site, $(name) - resource name, $(resource_id) - ID of the resource,$(prop_cal_xxx) - when using a META site, this will be one of the custom site properties defined by you in META site settings, $(prop_res_xxx) - one of the custom resource properties defined by you in Custom Resource Properties, e.g. $(prop_res_capacity) if 'capacity' is a defined property for your resources, $(status) - status of the reservation, $(quantity) - number of resources (or persons), $(rental_id)/$(reservation_id) - ID of the reservation, $(start_date)/$(end_date) - beginning/end of the rental (date), $(start_time)/$(end_time) - beginning/end of the rental (time), $(rental_duration) - duration of the rental as text, $(rental_color) - custom color of the reservation, $(user_notes) - notes entered by the client, $(admin_notes) - admin's notes. Warning! This usually contains pricate notes on the client, $(price_quoted) - rate quoted for the reservation, $(prop_xxx) - custom item in the reservation form, $(package_assignment:N), $(package_assignment_name:N) - for flexible packages, prints the ID (first version) or name (second version) of the base resource assigned to the Nth category$(geo) - if present, the iCal feed will include the geolocation information if it's defined for the resource (as a custom resource property) or the site (as defined in site settings / company info)$(nourl) - if present, the iCal feed will not include the URLs where reservation details can be viewed$(exclude_reservation) - prevents the reservation from being exported; normally used inside a condition$(organizer:xxx) - if present, sets the ORGANIZER field of the iCal. The value should be either a plain email address, e.g. $(organizer:my.email@planyo.com) or you can use the format $(organizer:name:email) to specify name and email, e.g. $(organizer:John Doe:john.doe@planyo.com)$(first_name), $(last_name), $(email), $(address), $(country), $(city), $(zip), $(state), $(phone_mobile), $(phone_mobile_country_code), $(phone_mobile_number), $(phone_fixed) - customer's information, $(prop_user_xxx) - custom property assigned to the user.The template can also use general tags (how to use tags?).
